As a first time mom, I feel very lucky that I got to work with Rachael from Wildflower Health via both telehealth and in-person consults. Via telehealth, Rachael was able to answer my questions and provide suggestions to help my breastfeeding journey. This was particularly helpful to troubleshoot my early issues with low milk supply. In particular, the in-person option was especially helpful; I loved that she was able to check my latch and also provide weighted feeds, which helped to improve my confidence.
